Karla takes a context-sensitive, client-driven approach to design translating each unique situation into an insightful project. She is involved in all areas of design from high-level conceptual studies to construction documentation. Her project range includes large-scale urban design, school and corporate campuses, as well as smaller scale neighborhood parks and high-end residential.  Prior to earning her Masters in Landscape Architecture, Karla worked as a marketing and advertising project manager. Her business background proves to be a valuable partner to her design education as she is well aware excellent client relationships are a crucial component to the success of any project. This combination of experience gives Karla an added edge and continues to propel her projects to the next level.

Geoff is a successful and driven project manager with 11 years experience executing a wide range of projects in the retail and residential environment including rollout, full build-out, energy efficiency, mechanical, building automation, emergency response, and reconstruction projects. 

Geoff has extensive knowledge in both domestic and international team management, process and program development, vendor development and management, and procurement.
